Configuring email in Apple Mail and iPhone/iPad

Email on Apple Mail and iOS

macOS Apple Mail

1. Open Apple Mail → Mail → Add Account
2. Select Other Mail Account
3. Enter your name, email, and password → Sign In
4. If prompted for server settings, enter:
   • Incoming: mail.yourdomain.com, IMAP, port 993, SSL
   • Outgoing: mail.yourdomain.com, port 587, STARTTLS
5. Click Sign In

iPhone / iPad (iOS)

1. Go to Settings → Mail → Accounts → Add Account
2. Tap Other → Add Mail Account
3. Enter name, email, password, and a description
4. Configure IMAP settings as above
5. Tap Save
