Our lowest prices only work over a full year, so the entry plans are paid for 12 months up front. Bigger plans can be paid monthly, or yearly with two months free.
Every hosting plan includes a monthly traffic allowance. We email you when you reach 80%, and your client area shows your usage at any time. At 100% your site is paused until the next month starts or until you move to a bigger plan.
Yes, at any time. Open a ticket from your client area and we move your account to the new plan without losing your sites, email or data. You pay the price difference for the rest of your current period. Plans can't be downgraded.
