Understanding our refund policy

When refunds apply, how to request one, and what conditions must be met.

Refund policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on Shared Hosting and WordPress Hosting plans.

Eligibility for a refund

  • Request must be made within 30 days of the original payment
  • You must not have accessed the Plesk control panel for your service
  • VPS, Dedicated Server, Reseller, and Email plans are non-refundable once provisioned
  • Domain registrations are non-refundable

How to request a refund

  1. Log in to your Client Area
  2. Open a support ticket: Billing → Refund Request
  3. Include your order number and reason for the refund
  4. Our billing team will process it within 3–5 business days
Important: Once you have logged into Plesk (your control panel), you are no longer eligible for a refund under our policy, as the service has been used.
