How to upgrade or change your hosting plan

Upgrade to a higher plan or switch between hosting types through your client area.

Upgrading your plan

You can upgrade to a higher-tier plan at any time. Contact our support team to request a plan change.

How to request an upgrade

  1. Log in to your Client Area
  2. Go to Support → New Ticket
  3. Subject: "Upgrade request — [your domain]"
  4. Tell us which plan you want to upgrade to
  5. Our team will apply the upgrade and send you an updated invoice

What happens during an upgrade

  • Your existing data and settings are preserved
  • Resources (storage, email accounts) are expanded immediately
  • No downtime for shared/WordPress upgrades
  • VPS upgrades may require a brief restart

Billing on upgrades

You'll pay a prorated amount for the remainder of the billing period plus the full cost from the next renewal date.
