Configuring email in Microsoft Outlook

Setting up email in Outlook
These steps work for Outlook on Windows, macOS, and Outlook.com (web).
Outlook on Windows or Mac
- Open Outlook → File → Add Account
- Enter your email address and click Connect
- If Outlook doesn't auto-detect settings, choose IMAP
- Enter incoming mail settings:
- Server:
mail.yourdomain.com - Port:
993, Encryption:SSL/TLS
- Server:
- Enter outgoing mail settings:
- Server:
mail.yourdomain.com - Port:
587, Encryption:STARTTLS
- Server:
- Enter your password and click Connect
Authentication
Your username is your full email address (e.g. [email protected]) and the password is the one you set when creating the mailbox in Plesk.
Note: Replace
yourdomain.com with your actual domain name in all server fields.
