A complete introduction to your hosting account — from placing your first order to going live.

Welcome to Zebra Hosting Cloud

This guide walks you through the first steps after signing up so you can get your website online as quickly as possible.

Step 1 — Place your order

Visit /hosting and choose the plan that fits your needs. Shared Hosting is ideal for most websites; if you run WordPress, the WordPress Hosting plan includes one-click installation and automatic updates.

Step 2 — Receive your credentials

After your order is confirmed and payment is received, your service is provisioned automatically (under 2 minutes for shared/WordPress hosting). You will receive an email containing:

  • Your Plesk control panel URL
  • Your Plesk username and password
  • Nameservers to point your domain to

Step 3 — Log in to Plesk

Click the Plesk URL in your email. Enter your username and password. You are now inside your hosting control panel where you can manage files, databases, email, SSL certificates, and more.

Step 4 — Point your domain

Log in to your domain registrar (e.g. GoDaddy, Namecheap) and update the nameservers to the ones provided in your welcome email. DNS propagation takes 1–24 hours.

Step 5 — Upload your website

Use the Plesk File Manager or an FTP client to upload your files to the httpdocs folder under your domain. For WordPress, use the one-click installer in Plesk.

Tip: You can track your service status at any time from your Client Area.
