How to place your first order
Step-by-step guide to ordering hosting, choosing a plan, and completing checkout.
Placing your first order
Ordering hosting from Zebra Hosting Cloud takes just a few minutes. No account is required upfront — we create one for you automatically.
1. Browse hosting plans
Go to /hosting. You'll see all available plans: Shared, WordPress, VPS, Dedicated, Reseller, and Email. Click on a plan to see full details, or click Order Now to go directly to checkout.
2. Complete the checkout form
On the checkout page, fill in:
- First & last name
- Email address — your account credentials will be sent here
- Domain (optional) — enter your domain if you already have one
- Payment method — choose bank transfer, cash on delivery, or card (Stripe)
3. Receive your account
After submitting, you'll receive an email with a temporary password. Log in to your client area and change your password when prompted.
4. Payment confirmation
If you chose bank transfer, follow the payment instructions in the email. Your service activates once payment is confirmed. Card payments activate immediately.
