  2. Open a migration ticket

    Use the subject "Migration" and tell us who your current host is. We reply with exactly what access we need.

  3. We copy and test

    We move your files, databases and email, then check everything on a temporary link.

  4. You point DNS

    Switch your DNS to us when you are ready. If your domain is on our Cloudflare, we can do it for you.

We never ask for your card or bank details in a ticket. Not for a migration, not for anything.

No. Your site keeps running at your old host while we copy and test it. It only moves when you switch DNS, and both copies work during the switch.

Usually 1 to 2 business days from the moment we have access. Very large sites or mailboxes can take longer, and we will tell you up front.

It depends on your current host. Usually a control panel login (cPanel, Plesk or DirectAdmin) or FTP/SSH and database access. We tell you exactly what we need in the ticket. You can change those passwords as soon as the move is done.

Yes. We move your mailboxes and their existing messages, and set up the DNS records mail needs, so nothing gets lost.

If your domain uses our Cloudflare, we can switch the records for you. If you keep your own DNS, we tell you exactly which records to change.

Keep it until your site is live with us and DNS has switched. Once you have checked everything works, you can cancel it.
