- How do I order hosting?Choose a plan on the hosting pages, click the button for that plan and complete the checkout. You enter your name and email, optionally the domain the hosting is for, pick how DNS should be handled and choose a payment method.
- What is shared hosting?Shared hosting runs your websites on a server shared with other customers, managed through the Plesk control panel. It is the simplest and most affordable way to host websites and email, from Shared Starter at €2.99 a month to Shared Pro at €9.99 a month.
- Which currency are your prices in?All prices are in euro. If your bank account or card uses another currency, your bank may charge a conversion fee.
- Which payment methods can I use?Visa, Mastercard and American Express by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, bank transfer and more than 80 cryptocurrencies. Every method gets the same price and the same service.
- How does paying with crypto work?At checkout choose Cryptocurrency and you are sent to a Cryptomus payment page. Pick your coin and network, send the amount shown, and your order starts as soon as the network confirms the transaction.
- How much monthly traffic does each plan include?Shared plans include 50 GB, 250 GB or 1 TB a month, WordPress plans 50 GB, 200 GB or 1 TB, and reseller plans 1 TB, 3 TB or 10 TB, from the smallest plan to the largest.
