Configuring email in Apple Mail and iPhone/iPad
Set up your business email on macOS Mail, iOS, or iPadOS.
Email on Apple Mail and iOS
macOS Apple Mail
- Open Apple Mail → Mail → Add Account
- Select Other Mail Account
- Enter your name, email, and password → Sign In
- If prompted for server settings, enter:
- Incoming:
mail.yourdomain.com, IMAP, port 993, SSL - Outgoing:
mail.yourdomain.com, port 587, STARTTLS
- Incoming:
- Click Sign In
iPhone / iPad (iOS)
- Go to Settings → Mail → Accounts → Add Account
- Tap Other → Add Mail Account
- Enter name, email, password, and a description
- Configure IMAP settings as above
- Tap Save
