How to set up your business email in Plesk

Setting up business email

With Zebra Hosting Cloud, you can create professional email addresses at your own domain (e.g. [email protected]).

Creating an email account in Plesk

1. Log in to Plesk
2. Go to Mail
3. Click Create Email Address
4. Enter the email prefix (e.g. info)
5. Select your domain from the dropdown
6. Set a strong password
7. Set mailbox size limit (or leave at the default)
8. Click OK

Accessing email via webmail

Visit https://webmail.yourdomain.com or the Roundcube webmail link in Plesk to access your inbox from any browser.

Connecting a mail client

Use the following settings for Outlook, Apple Mail, etc.:

• IMAP server: mail.yourdomain.com, port 993 (SSL)
• SMTP server: mail.yourdomain.com, port 587 (STARTTLS)
• Username: your full email address
• Password: your mailbox password
